Dispute Resolution Specialist

Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to provide family dispute resolution services to couples and families who are separating or separated, focusing on negotiating parenting and/or property arrangements. Additionally, this position involves assisting families in prioritizing the best interests of children and young people during any ongoing family conflict.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, psychology, or law.
- Experience in areas related to social sciences, psychology, or law.
- Further qualification in Family Dispute Resolution or accreditation with the Attorney General's Department.
- Experience working with families who have complex needs.
- Understanding of the impacts of family separation on children.
This role requires:
