Centre Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team, responsible for the operational management of our aged care centre. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with a Clinical Care Manager and care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

  • Ensure effective operational management of the centre, achieving organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for compliance, financial management, occupancy, and AN-ACC elements.

Key Requirements:

  • Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse through AHPRA.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a residential aged care home, with strong financial management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, Professional Standards and Guidelines.
