Senior Care Operations Lead

    We are seeking a Senior Care Operations Lead to join our team at Broughton Hall in Camberwell. This is a permanent role where you will lead care teams and provide expert clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers to deliver high-quality care and service to residents.

    • Respond quickly and effectively to issues including human resources, client complaints, and serious incidents.

    • Facilitate the implementation and effective use of quality and risk management information systems.

    • Ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities around incident management and reporting.

    • Maintain performance targets, including occupancy levels, ACFI management, and financial outcomes.

    • Implement relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain appropriate aged care standards.

Requirements:

    • Significant management experience in an aged or health care setting.

    • Experience working within the Aged Care legislative framework, including compulsory reporting requirements.

    • Knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and occupational health and safety regulations.

    • Current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA.

    • Specialist knowledge or postgraduate qualifications in health management, business administration, or similar.
