Key Responsibilities:

Our in-house paralegal will provide high-quality support to our lawyers, including drafting agreements and managing leasing portfolios.

They will work closely with an experienced Property Lawyer on various files, supporting the legal and compliance requirements of a large Australian-owned hospitality and entertainment business.

  • Manage leasing portfolios as landlord and tenant
  • Draft agreements around leasing, deeds, and licences
  • Work on large-scale sales/acquisitions

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Legal Support Professional (Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Legal EA or similar)
  • A commitment to a career as a Paralegal and a willingness to take on various tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
