Senior Property Law Specialist

This role involves the creation of practical-focused content for a popular product. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property law and experience in commercial transactions.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will work as part of a team to produce high-quality content, focusing on sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, and leasing.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain relevant content for the Practical Guidance product.
- Maintain knowledge of legal developments and changes in current practice.
- Support senior writers with managing external author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to promote the brand and influence market share.
- Participate in or contribute to in-market activities such as masterclasses, webinars, and customer feedback sessions.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Australian qualified lawyer.
- Recent experience in an Australian mid-to-top-tier law firm, in-house counsel, or government role.
- Background in transactional and advisory work in property law, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law.
- Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
- Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
