Legal Support Role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide critical legal support in our in-house legal team.

  • Offer strategic legal advice on property-related matters, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate property and commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant laws and regulations impacting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our General Counsel and be supported by our Legal Counsel. You will gain considerable exposure to the wider business and have opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have between 6 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, preferably with some exposure to construction law from private practice or in-house.
