In today's fast-paced work environment, employee engagement is crucial for success. As a Mid Market Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve adoption and high utilisation in their engagement platform offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to understand their people and business goals.
  • Consult with clients to improve program usage and adoption through strategy development and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions to clients and collaborate with colleagues to develop and secure those opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to develop account plans to strengthen client retention rates and optimise the expansion pipeline and conversion.
  • Retain client revenue by developing strategies to avoid risks and renew contracts.
  • Plan and implement engagement strategies, including communications plans, to improve employee engagement, usage and adoption of all client products.
  • Provide advice, access to thought leadership, and facilitate help and support in challenges clients may face.
  • Analyse engagement data and review it with clients to demonstrate the value of the programme and how it is aligned with their success goals.
