
Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Office Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic initiatives, enhancing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with 12-18 months of supervisory experience, including handling and resolving customer complaint escalations.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement optimal practices across all levels of the organization.
- Manage office operations, including workflow efficiencies, customer service, and team performance.
- Guide the office operations team members to drive an enhanced customer experience.
- Monitor and measure service metrics, implementing improvements or changes to workflows and resource allocation.
- Provide input to strategic decisions affecting office operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints, propose solutions, and execute necessary actions.
- Schedule customer service staff to ensure maximum customer service levels.
- Generate reports as required and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service operations, leadership, and change management.
