About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Administrator to join our Melbourne underwriting team. As a Policy Administrator, you will play a critical role in assisting with the day-to-day underwriting processes of our SME portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process outstanding SME business through RiskWrite to ensure all business is up to date.
  • Issue timely and accurate policy documentation.
  • Register submissions and issue expiry notices.
  • Process mid-term adjustments according to underwriting approval and issue documentation.
  • Develop working relationships with broker administration staff, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
  • Clear Pending Cash report in a timely manner and report to managers on outstanding items.
  • Handle reception overflow calls and deal with customers.
  • Manage expenses of Melbourne underwriting managers.
About You

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and a passion for customer service. Administration experience in financial services (insurance or banking) is highly regarded but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be someone who likes multitasking, has a positive and proactive attitude, and believes that no task is too big or too small.
