Job Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
  • Lead and drive growth in the respective sector, responsible for team management, financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor key milestones through regular project reviews and risk analysis, ensuring programme objectives are aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to anticipate changes that may impact the programme, managing performance, compliance and expectations of resources.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A recognised degree qualification in a technical field or project management, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ambitious and able to drive outcomes, with strong leadership skills to lead and develop a team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with experience in bid writing and multi-site clients, fostering effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong relationships within the sector, particularly with private developers, asset managers and investment firms, leveraging industry connections and networks.
