As a Programme Scheduler, you will work on large transformation projects, utilizing Microsoft Projects for schedule planning and management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate Integrated Master Schedules within complex organisations and with external partners, ensuring best practice scheduling methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to address dependency and scheduling issues.
  • Generate performance indicators on project effectiveness in meeting planned commitments and produce regular status updates, reports, and charts on progress and performance against the integrated schedule.
  • Lead the development of project scheduling processes and records management, actively supporting log maintenance and schedule risk analysis.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and facilitate planning workshops to assess implementation timelines and interdependencies.
Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Programme Scheduler on large transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Projects is essential.
  • Extensive experience in schedule planning and management, strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-management, adaptability, and resilience in changing circumstances, managing multiple priorities and demands.
  • A commitment to work, health, and safety, displaying behaviours consistent with public service values.
