Executive Programme Leader

Australia's acquisition of nuclear-powered submarines represents a significant turning point in the nation's defence strategy.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership across the NPS program, aligning objectives with government priorities and fostering collaboration with national and industry stakeholders.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure program execution meets Australia's security, safety, regulatory, and capability requirements.
- Report directly to the Director-General of the Australian Submarine Agency, guiding the most complex Defence program undertaken by the country.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and executive skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
- Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with various stakeholders.
- Possess extensive experience in programme delivery and management, with a proven track record of success.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a deep understanding of Defence programmes and their associated challenges.
