Construction Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the allocated project site activities and resources to produce results in alignment with the client's and project's requirements. This position is site-based (International) and requires flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the quality of output of the site team including alignment with company, client, regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Overseeing the construction team to ensure that they are performing to the highest standard.
  • Ensuring the proper utilization of people, material, machinery and process to meet the client requirements within the timelines and budget.
  • Regular communication with the Project Manager and providing weekly reports, updates and feedback regarding the construction.
  • Overseeing that the procurement, purchasing and transporting of various pieces of site equipment needed for the project are according to applicable rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education Qualification, Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (desirable) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in various aspects of Construction Supervision in the mineral processing construction and or related industries.
  • Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
