Job Description

We are seeking a Transformation Leader to join our team at Aviva.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects that support Aviva's strategy and continuously improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-level and detailed delivery plans, identify and manage dependencies and risks, and provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders up to C-suite level.
  • Own a budget of up to £5 million and be responsible for accurate forecasting and monitoring of this.
  • Lead large internal and external teams and third-party suppliers in a matrix environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading fast-paced, complex business and technology transformation projects with annual budgets up to £5m.
  • Confidence in leading high-profile projects with multiple workstreams through all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders to drive necessary changes at a strategic level and have demonstrable experience in managing multiple third-party suppliers.
  • Ability to monitor and report on project progress and ensure adherence to project plans, manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs using appropriate governance, and manage project documentation ensuring proper documentation control.
What We Offer:
  • National salary range £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
