We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to accelerate innovation and delivery of various processes and products within our Digital Products team. The ideal candidate will have a high impact on our digital transformation journey.

The role focuses on accelerating the digital transformation in the iron ore business, improving safety, reliability, and data from mining processes. We aim to develop and implement end-to-end Test Strategies for physical autonomy projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end Test Strategies for physical autonomy projects.
  • Develop Test Plans aligned with project release plans and delivery methodologies.
  • Design and develop Test Cases traced to requirements and design documents.
  • Conduct functional testing on individual systems based on documented Test Cases.
  • Coordinate with Application Developers, Business Analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to review test artefacts and defects.
  • Facilitate defect triage meetings and monitor software performance.
  • Undertake and/or participate in Integration, Interface, Regression, End-to-End, and User Acceptance testing activities.
  • Lead small teams of testers to deliver testing outcomes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in test automation and framework development.
  • Expertise in automation frameworks, reporting tools, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to understand technical and business requirements.
  • Agile process knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent coach and team leader with strong interpersonal skills.
