Role Overview

The Credit Operations Team is responsible for managing all outstanding accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations, adjustments and refunds are processed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end collection of overdue accounts
  • Monitoring Direct Debit rejections and taking prompt action
  • Supporting internal stakeholders and providing solutions to resolve delinquent accounts

This role involves being the first point of contact in the absence of the Credit Team Leader, providing reports, assisting with escalated issues and sharing knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service experience, advanced Excel skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
