The Finance Team at Hall & Wilcox is a team of 34 that provide financial and management accounting, trust accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking and practice support functions across the Firm.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will work closely with Partners to manage their debtors and collections.
This role will form part of the credit control function and will assist with the day-to-day workflow of the team.ResponsibilitiesManaging debtor collections for the National Insurance sections via calls and emailsLiaising with partners to assist with collection of their clients' outstanding debtorsResolving client queriesAssisting with rectifying unidentified depositsMaintenance and improvement of processes and procedures to control financial transactionsAbout YouYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:5+ years' experience in credit control, preferably within a law firm or professional servicesExperience with debtor collections for insurance clients is highly desirableA strong track record in reducing debt with a strong focus on cash in the
