As a Customer Success Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their business outcomes with Maersk solutions. You will work closely with the Area Sales Team to align customer goals and marketing strategies, driving value and retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales reps through standard channels to build long-term trusting relationships with customers
  • Ensuring internal alignment on customer goals and marketing strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute omni-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Continually assessing customer progress toward stated goals and driving expected results in adoption, usage, business value, friction, and overall relationship
  • Acting as a customer advocate, ensuring customer needs are met and account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed
  • Managing the allocation process and coordinating with customers to ensure they deliver on commitments
  • Managing tender handling processes and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and competitive offers are submitted to customers
  • Coordinating quoting and contracting processes with relevant stakeholders
  • Timely contract renewals and contract management

We are looking for a candidate with strong account management execution, commercial knowledge, excellent communication skills, customer relations and stakeholder management skills, and a high-level product understanding.
