We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep relationships with our core and strategic customers, driving business growth and delivering exceptional value and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and expansion of our services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, including executives, to ensure a strong partnership and realisation of value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including net new business lines and divisions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, communications, and signing of proposals, SOWs, MSAs, and NDAs.
- Work with and introduce partners to open new fields of play and opportunities.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of delivering solutions within the Technology Domain. You should have a proven track record of success in a land and expand motion, with experience in solution sales within the enterprise/public sector market.
