Wind Farm Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wind farms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of site management, including maintenance, repair, customer relations, performance, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage all wind farm operations at the assigned site, prioritizing customer satisfaction, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Recognize and report turbine error codes to technical colleagues, facilitating timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as effective maintenance and repair procedures to maximize turbine availability.
- Lead the site team in achieving contractual objectives and drive high-performance results within the assigned scope.
- Develop and mentor site personnel to optimize their skills and ensure a strong capture rate on out-of-scope service opportunities.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the wind industry, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
To ensure employee safety, climbers must use a Personal Fall Arrest System when ascending turbines, adhering to the system's maximum weight capacity of 309 lbs.
