Job Description Summary">

The Service Site Manager oversees the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and management of a large-scale wind farm. This role manages a team of wind technicians and technical contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while maximizing turbine availability and performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the wind farm, including planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections.
  • Monitor turbine performance metrics and work to maximize uptime and energy production.
  • Coordinate with the remote operations center and ensure timely response to alarms and turbine faults.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management.
  • A background in management of Mechanical or Electrical projects.
  • Experience in overall wind farm operations and maintenance is preferred.
  • Business management and commercial acumen for profit and loss control, business and financial reporting.
