About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled facilities manager to join our team at Linfox. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing facility and infrastructure for a portfolio of Linfox Resources & Industrial properties, ensuring safety and compliance are maintained to an exemplary standard.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure Linfox safety standards are maintained at all R&I West facilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and repair of site buildings & grounds
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractors including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, safety, gardening, cleaning, waste management to maintain the facility to Linfox standards
  • Maintenance Planning: Create and manage maintenance plans for each site, ensuring compliance with Linfox contractor management policies
  • Team Management: Manage small facilities team ensuring adequate supervision and training
  • Financial Administration: Financial administration of site-based maintenance activities and following procurement processes

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a comparable facilities supervisor role, knowledge of Australian Compliance requirements for building infrastructure, and experience in managing teams of contractors. You must also be able to travel monthly to regional sites and be on call to address priority issues.
