This role involves overseeing project deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion according to company, client, and project requirements. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your key tasks will include:

  • Managing site teams' output quality, aligning with company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Coodinating procedures, work practices, plans, and protocols to enable efficient site operations and maintain consistent high standards.
  • Leading area site teams in accordance with our strategic plan and objectives.
  • Fostering continuous improvement of site teams' technical competency to meet client and project demands.
  • E nsuring adherence to safety, environmental, community, and industrial relations, as well as quality plans and procedures across the site.

To succeed in this position, you'll bring:

  • A Technical Certificate or Tertiary Education Qualification, Degree, or Diploma in Construction or Engineering (desirable), or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in various aspects of Construction Management and Supervision, preferably in mineral processing construction and related industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Solid technical aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision while producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, personal responsibility, and discretion.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, career progression opportunities, and professional development initiatives.
