East Maitland/Part Time

TGI Fridays seeks skilled and dedicated Line Cooks to join our team at the Green Hills location. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for crafting our signature American dishes, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook meals adhering to our recipe and plating guidelines, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Manage kitchen staff, allocating sections and secondary duties, and oversee general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Head Chef.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines, and ensure staff follow kitchen cleaning systems.
  • Assist the Head Chef in improving current menu items, developing specials, and Limited-Time Offers (LTOs).
  • Stock orders, delivery receipts, temperature logs, and other kitchen-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fully Trade Qualified preferred.
  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred.
