Job Summary

The Associate Attorney will provide critical support to senior attorneys in delivering exceptional legal counsel to our valued clients. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough research, drafting high-quality documents and pleadings, communicating effectively with clients and experts, and assisting with trial and deposition preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review correspondence and legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex conflicts to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files to facilitate efficient access to critical information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Florida Bar Admission or equivalent.
  • Strong research, writing, and legal analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
