
Revenue Finance Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our Revenue/Finance team in Brisbane CBD.
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and stakeholders via telephone and email, maintaining accurate client records, and processing outgoing payments. You will also be involved in credit allocations and investigations, data entry, and navigating multiple financial and client software systems.

- Engaging with clients and stakeholders via telephone and email
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Disbursement of outgoing payments
- Credit allocations and investigations
- Data entry of high volumes of information
- Navigating multiple financial and client software systems
- Spreadsheeting using basic formulas and functions
- Email inbox management
- General administrative support
To be successful in this role, you will require previous administration experience, preferably with financial reconciliation. Additionally, you will need experience processing large volumes of work with accuracy and fast data entry skills, as well as high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence making outbound calls, are essential. You will also need the ability to learn and use computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously is also required.
