
Revenue Finance Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced administration professional to fill a temporary role within our revenue finance team.
The successful candidate will have excellent client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and process payments efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders via phone and email
- Maintain accurate client records
- Process outgoing payments
- Credit allocations and investigations
- Data entry of high volumes of information
- Navigate multiple financial and client software systems
- Spreadsheet development and maintenance
- Email inbox management
- General administrative support
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience (financial reconciliation experience desirable)
- Experience processing large volumes of work with accuracy
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in learning and using computer systems, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Brisbane CBD office location
Security Clearance:
Consent to a national criminal history check will be required prior to any offer of employment being made.
