Job Overview

The Education Administration Officer plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of educational programs and compliance with academic standards. This role operates across different teams as needed, supporting faculty members to enhance processes for teaching activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the implementation of program evaluation and improvements for research-based or coursework programs of study.
  • Liaising with and establishing effective working relationships with staff to ensure that the work area's education support, learning, curriculum and teaching priorities and needs are effectively met.
  • Maintaining relevant databases and contact lists to support learning and teaching activities.
  • Supporting the compilation of academic content and materials prepared by Faculty members for printed publication and uploading to online systems.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement.
  • Excellent time and workload management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve required outcomes.
  • Superior computer skills, including database maintenance, experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), and experience operating with large, corporate-level database and information systems.
