We are seeking a qualified and experienced Program Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that promote children's well-being, development, and learning.

The Program Leader will work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high-quality program is delivered, which meets the needs of children and families.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of the education program, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and mentoring and supporting educators in their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development

• Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to child safety and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
