Role Overview

This position plays a vital role in the daily functioning of our centres, ensuring the smooth execution of our education programs and policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment where children can thrive, supporting Educators and families to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development of exceptional education programs that align with our values and mission.
  • Build lasting relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
  • Collaborate with Centre Leaders to drive business performance and contribute to sustainable investment in our practice.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to share best practices and learn from colleagues.
Key Requirements
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education is essential, along with prior experience working in a leadership role in childcare.
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess sound practical knowledge of NQF and EYLF principles.
  • Budget and financial accountability experience, including Labour cost management, is also highly valued.
  • The ideal candidate will hold current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children check for VIC state.
