Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Program Manager to lead our Preschool program. This is a full-time position based in NSW.

About the Role:

This role involves creating a nurturing and enriching environment that supports the children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Educators to ensure high-quality care and learning outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Graduate Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience as a Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role within the childcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
