
Senior Business Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategies, planning and ensuring the timely delivery of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from proposal through to delivery
- Client liaison: Be the main point of contact, field briefs, manage expectations and keep clients informed
- Resource planning: Coordinate scheduling and team capacity across projects
- Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines and reporting
- Contribute to strategy work: Collaborate on brand and marketing strategy and presentations to clients
- Work closely with designers, strategists, developers and partners to deliver great work and contribute to team culture
- 3+ years' experience in business development or account management
- Experience in a creative studio / agency
- A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Process driven approach, and the ability to juggle multiple project priorities
- Confidence presenting work in front of clients
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with project tools like Teamwork, Asana or Monday.com is a bonus
- A general understanding of digital marketing is helpful but not essential
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a small team
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain client satisfaction
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent time management skills
