Bush Heritage Australia is a leading conservation organisation dedicated to protecting Australia's unique wildlife and habitat. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Corporate Services team as the Director of Corporate Services.

The Role


The Director of Corporate Services will lead the development, implementation, and supervision of all aspects of the Finance function for Bush Heritage Australia. This role reports to the Executive Manager Corporate Services & CFO and manages three direct reports, working closely with the BHA Executive, managers, and staff throughout the organisation to ensure the Finance function meets business needs and contributes to organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • A CA or CPA designation (or equivalent extensive experience)
  • At least five years' senior experience with responsibility for key processes and/or team management
  • Demonstrated commitment to building sound, collaborative business relationships on multiple levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A high level of practical knowledge in relevant information systems application and implementation, modelling and forecasting, and financial accounting principles

Salary Range


The estimated salary for this role is between $151,000 and $167,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation, depending on experience.
