Centre Director Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our early childhood education centre in Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children, and implementing hygiene and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead the team in achieving goals that enhance the quality of care and education provided.
- Community Engagement: Drive community engagement and occupancy growth through effective marketing and family partnerships.
- Financial Management: Manage financial performance to achieve budget targets and ensure efficient operations.
- Quality Improvement: Uphold National Quality Standards and support the centre through Assessment and Rating processes.

About You:
- Proven strong experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting, with an extensive understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.

- Childcare management software experience preferred.
- A current Victorian Working with Children's Check.
