Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate equipment issues, provide technical support, and facilitate problem-solving and reporting processes.
  • Develop and coordinate maintenance shutdowns, breakdown responses, and improvement projects to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and reliability improvements.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in a similar leadership or service engineering role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with an ability to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Experience in resources or bulk materials handling, with a commitment to adhering to mining industry standards.
