The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking an experienced leader to fill the Director Pathway Support role.

This key position within the Case Management branch offers flexibility and can be located in various locations across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in service delivery, team management, and developing productive relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Able to lead and manage a team, cultivate a culture of collaboration, and model standards of behaviour consistent with APS Values, APS Employment Principles and APS Code of Conduct.
  • Capable of managing and implementing change, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting a positive approach to dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly, make persuasive recommendations, and adapt to the needs of different audiences.
  • Able to think strategically, exercise judgement, and ensure alignment of section activities with organisational priorities.
  • Proven capacity to deliver results, successfully lead or deliver complex projects, develop creative solutions, and manage risks appropriately.
  • Able to establish and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, work collaboratively to achieve outcomes, and negotiate successfully.
  • Security Clearance – Able to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
  • Australian Citizenship required as a condition of engagement.
  • All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment.
