As a leading provider of NDIS services, we are seeking an exceptional Facility Manager to oversee the effective and compliant operation of supported accommodations. This key leadership role will be responsible for managing a small team of Coordinators, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and driving service delivery excellence.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing mentoring and supervision to Coordinators on rostering, recruitment, and support worker staff teams
  • Overseeing personal care services, clinical services, and care planning to meet individual needs
  • Managing incident and complaint reviews, and implementing improvements
  • Optimising revenue and controlling expenditure, identifying efficiency gains
  • Cultivating a culture of feedback, valuing client and staff perspectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Clinical qualifications, registrations, and/or previous experiences
  • Experience or knowledge of the NDIS and/or mental health services (desirable)
  • A valid licence, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between supported accommodations
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID-19 Vaccinations, and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
