Companion Care Specialist Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide daily care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You will also accompany clients to appointments, attend community activities, and provide social companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks, including showering, dressing, and other essential activities
  • Social Support: Providing companionship and accompanying clients to appointments and community events
  • Domestic Assistance: Meal preparation, grocery shopping, light household cleaning, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar discipline
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • National Police Check (less than a year old)
  • Driver's License and comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
