Companion and Support Worker

  • Empower clients to achieve their goals and aspirations by providing personalized care and support.
  • Perform daily tasks such as administering medications, domestic support, social support, and community access.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • A deep commitment to delivering respectful care and support.
  • A sophisticated understanding of professional boundaries and safety.
  • A current NDIS Worker Clearance.
  • A Working with Children's Check.
  • Evidence of rights to work in Australia.
  • Evidence of three COVID vaccines.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A sound level of digital literacy and a willingness to learn.
  • An Australian Driver's License with full comprehensive insurance.
