About the RoleThis Customer Insights Manager position plays a crucial role in driving business growth and improving decision-making through customer insights projects.
You will lead and manage these projects to provide actionable strategies for diverse industries.
As a key member of our team, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy tailored to our diverse industries.
You will oversee the collection and analysis of data from various sources, focusing on understanding industry-specific trends and preferences.
With advanced analytics techniques, you'll extract meaningful insights from event data and identify industry-specific trends.
Collaborating closely with various functions, you'll elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights.
Partnering with Exhibition Directors, you'll identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment.
You will monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer insights, event analytics, and experiential marketing is essential for this role.
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is not mandatory but highly considered.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
- A solid background in customer insights, market research, or analytics within the events industry.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to seniority levels.
- Skills in statistical and survey methodology, including advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas.
