Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Conduct customer experience and behavior analysis, including customer journey mapping and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical/reporting role.
  • Prior experience and proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of SAS or SQL.
  • Experience with VBA, Python, or other data analytics software is beneficial.
  • Competent use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
