Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of technology migration and upgrade projects, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refresh, Device refresh as part of Windows 11 SOE refresh, Meeting room upgrades across offices, Migration from Serraview to Cisco Spaces, and Implementation of new Visitor Management System.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors.
  • Track project progress, financials, and benefits realization.
  • Prepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC).
  • Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Use JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in project delivery, coordination, or change management.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools.
  • Excellent time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Understanding of technology environments and service transition.
  • Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships.
