Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technology Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex technology projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
