Project Manager Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of end-to-end technology projects, typically between 3 months and 12 months. You'll coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and third parties to ensure successful delivery on scope, time, and budget.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in delivering SME technology projects, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365, either ERP or CRM. You'll work with modern Microsoft tools and make a tangible impact across a portfolio of growing Australian businesses.

The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects across various industries, primarily in the Manufacturing market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementations and upgrades.
  • Overseeing project scope, creating delivery plans, allocating resources, and managing budgets.
  • Collaborating with internal consultants, developers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
