Technology Project Lead

RACV is seeking a Program Manager to drive the delivery of technology projects within our Membership Division. As a leader in this role, you will facilitate enterprise prioritisation and timing of project delivery, ensuring consistent delivery, compliance, and governance of projects.
You will play an important role in driving business outcomes by effectively planning and delivering multiple inter-related projects and managing their inter-dependencies. This will involve leading a team of indirect reports and vendors, as well as engaging and influencing team members and business stakeholders.
We require someone with 3-5 years of Program Management experience scoping, mobilising, delivering and/or recovery of technology projects, along with Project Management related certification(s). You must have a deep understanding of the current technology landscape and experience delivering a broad range of technology projects.
