Event Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Lead to manage our flagship event, driving its success and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event operations, leadership, and community engagement. They will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end event cycle, from set-up to pack down, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional visitor experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing vendor logistics, allocations, and layouts to deliver a great event mix.
  • Leading and motivating a small onsite crew, fostering a proactive and can-do culture.
  • Acting as the key contact for participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting additional seasonal events and activations, helping with planning and onsite logistics.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong people skills, and a calm problem-solving mindset under pressure.
