Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sustainable Packaging Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in the sustainable food packaging sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with experience in QSR or packaging sectors being preferred. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and innovation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in the sustainable food packaging sector.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts that are critical to the business's growth and sustainability objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and its key accounts, ensuring that clients' needs are met effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage and expand business with existing clients.
  • Experience in QSR or packaging sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to adapt and apply required skills.
