We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Solicitor to join our Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work across all aspects of estates planning, administration and litigation with a focus on estate planning.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service. They will also have high attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability and enthusiasm to mentor.
Responsibilities:
• Work across a range of matters, taking a strategic approach to problem solving and helping clients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality advice and outcomes to clients.
• Provide expert advice on estate planning, administration and litigation matters.
Requirements:
• Strong technical skills in estate planning, administration and litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and enthusiasm to mentor and contribute to the development of junior staff members.
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible working arrangements, including a 9.5 day fortnight, working from home, purchase of leave options and public holiday swap policy.
