Solicitor Wills and Estates Opportunity

Thriving legal practice seeks experienced solicitor to join its growing Wills & Estates team.

  • Role Overview:

    We are looking for a Solicitor to join our Wills & Estates team. The team works on an interesting range of work including :

  • Preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney
  • Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate
  • Complex estate disputes including challenging the will and family provision.
  • Estate planning/trusts/administration.

The opportunity involves working closely with solicitors in preparing and managing cases. You will be involved with clients from day one, on interesting cases.

Requirements:

Ideally you will have 2 years + PQE and some genuine interest in developing a career in wills and estates.

  • Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE ideally working in Wills, Probate & Estates
  • Highly-developed organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
