PGR Legal Recruitment are partnering with a well established, national law firm who expanding their estates team in Brisbane. This is a unique chance to join a respected and thriving legal practice, where your experience will be valued and nurtured.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solicitor to join a thriving and growing Wills & Estates team close to the CBD. The team work across an interesting range of work including :

• Preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney
• Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate
• Complex estate disputes including challenging the will and family provision.
• Estate planning/trusts/administration.
  
  

The opportunity will involve you being involved with working closely with solicitors in preparing and managing cases. There will be the opportunity to work with clients from day one, on interesting cases.

Experience

Ideally you will have 2 years + PQE and some genuine interest in developing a career in wills and estates.

You will be able to draft wills and enduring powers of attorney and be able to take client instructions and have first rate communication skills.

Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE ideally working in Wills, Probate & Estates

• Highly-developed organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
